In above mentioned email, you will receive a link to my Calendly where you book your One-to-One Zoom call to discuss your goals, training status, lifestyle so we can curate the best possible training plan and nutrition.
Following the call, we will schedule a one-time trial session for $37 as a booking fee which is refunded to you after your one-time trial session. You will need to complete your one-time trial session within 2 weeks of payment or risk losing your refund.
After your first one-time trial session, we will then discuss the best method for you to achieve your goals and the various training programs and plans before we commence on our journey together.
